We collect your phone number(s) only when you voluntarily provide it/them to us, for example, during client intake, or when you fill out our website contact form. You can opt in to receive SMS messages either by verbal or email confirmation with the Le Blanc Law Practice staff.

Your phone number(s) is/are primarily used to provide you with information about your legal matter(s) or appointment(s). SMS messaging charges may be applied by your carrier. We do not participate with any third-party campaigns. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Opting out of SMS messages:

If at any time you wish to stop receiving SMS messages from us, you can opt out by:

• Texting STOP to opt-out

• Please note that the opt-out process may take up to 10 business days to become effective. During this period, you may still receive messages.

 

Privacy of phone numbers:

Once you have opted out, we will not send you any more SMS messages.
